Starting on Feb 24, 2025, P10 will become Rainforest Distribution and all orders needs to be submitted through Rainforest. The only exception will be for King of Pops franchisees who will continue to use the dearportal.com website.
Orders may continue to be placed with P10 through February 24, 2025. Subsequently, all orders will be placed and invoiced through Rainforest. As part of the transition process, Rainforest requires all P10 customers to be onboarded into Rainforest’s current operating and information systems.

If you are already purchasing directly from Rainforest, then no action is required. P10 products will become available via Rainforest’s online ordering system, through your Rainforest Sales Representative, and Rainforest Product & Price catalogs as the transition date approaches.
For customers successfully onboarded with Rainforest Distribution — thank you, we’re looking forward to the opportunity to serve your business! You have several options for placing orders with Rainforest:
- Utilize Rainforest’s online/mobile ordering system (instructions are available for download in the onboarding portal).
- Rainforest can assign a Sales Representative to visit your business and assist you.
- Contact our customer service team via phone or email.
- Implement EDI for seamless electronic transactions.
