FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: RAINFOREST DISTRIBUTION ACQUIRES SOUTHEAST DISTRIBUTOR PERFECT 10 FOODS
January 6, 2025 – Atlanta, Georgia – Rainforest Distribution Corp. (“Rainforest”) announces the completion of its agreement to acquire substantially all assets of Perfect 10 Distribution, LLC (“P10 Foods”), a food and beverage distributor operating in the Southeast. This strategic acquisition expands Rainforest’s distribution capabilities across the East Coast, enhances the execution of retail programs, and increases support for local and emerging brands.

Founded in Atlanta by brothers Nick and Steven Carse, P10 Foods was established to support their popsicle brand, King of Pops, and to help other emerging brands to thrive in the Southeast. “When we started King of Pops, our dream was to create the world’s best popsicle and bring joy to every community we touched,” said Nick Carse, Co-Founder of King of Pops. “As we grew, we realized that having control over distribution was key to maintaining our values and supporting other like-minded brands. Starting P10 Foods allowed us to achieve that — but in the hyper capital-intensive distribution industry, scaling without outside investment was always an uphill climb. Partnering with Rainforest is the next step to ensure we can expand our mission and reach new heights.”
The combination reinforces Rainforest’s commitment to enhancing the opportunities available to our customers, suppliers, and consumers. Rainforest expects to begin directly servicing the existing customers of P10 Foods on February 24, 2025.
